When I created these images back in 2005 the digital camera landscape was very different from today. First DSLRs were very, very expensive in excess of $3000, in fact the Nikon 5700 digital camera that I traveled with cost me $2000.00 and shot 6 megapixels. Even though I had the option to shoot TIFF or RAW images the cost of compact flash storage media and availability of larger cards kept me shooting JPEG images exclusively.
