For number 11 in this series from Mekelle, Ethiopia we find a very nice circle design. It’s also worth noting that the the stone block that make up the pillars this gate is attached to are built with hand-made stone blocks. Each block was shaped and sized to fit by a skilled local. It was amazing to see so much beautiful stone-work throughout the city.
